“Food and crisis: Resilience” 1st. virtual meeting 2021 cycle of virtual events on Food and Sustainability

SARAS Institute invites the 1st. virtual meeting of the 2021 cycle that proposes to understand, discuss, and imagine collectively, how to navigate the complexity of our food systems to allow sustainable futures.

This cycle is the product of a collective work process that has been in progress for 2 years within the framework of the IX SARAS Public Conferences on Food and Sustainability of the SARAS Institute.

The March meeting will revolve around the theme “Food and crisis: Resilience” It will contemplate multiple contributions from different perspectives, disciplinary domains, and knowledge systems focused on the construction of food systems and their possible transformations towards sustainability.

The event will take place over 2 days and will feature presentations, dialogue tables, and a series of interactive proposals that include experiences, talks, and workshops.
